you probably use your AC, typical noob mistake. especially in the car you sometimes dont notice or when you ar in some random building. never go into buildings with ACs running or you will lose all your gains.

The problem with this workout is that it's way too much running(not even marathon runners do 10km every day) and not nearly enough callisthenics.
I do something like this but it's 5 km running with 300-400 pushups , 100 pullups and various ab excersises everyday.
