theyre not as unhealthy as you think. also potatoes and onions hold up good. must fruits will for a few days too. theres shelf almond/soy millk available too. trail mix, some cheeses may hold for a day or too if theyre dry enough like gouda and Parmesan

These are definitely good ideas. Get buffalo jerky if you can though, wayyyy better than beef.
Also canned meats and those precooked bags of rice.
Peanut butter. Depending on the temperatures, eggs will keep for a few days. Ditto steak if you freeze it before you go and insulate it with newsppaer.
Get those bags of precooked gnocchi and eat that until you fucking die

Duh, how could I have forgotten? You can also get pouched meats if you're gonna be schlepping them around, a bit more expensive but lighter and easier to fit in a bear canister.

Bring canned tuna and beans. That's all you need along with water.
More important OP, where are you going to workout?
This will be a long trip any other suggestions? Tuna and beans are top of the list.
Going to be hiking and jogging. Camp will have some free weights and I will use the cooler as a bench.
