or ur lower back? Make sure it's on your traps and your t-shirt is solid enough to cover it. Try wearing a hoodie when lifting.

You must have really weak, practically non-existent traps. Try flexing your traps.
If it's hurting your SPINE, that's a really bad sign. That could lead to actual injury.
Lower the weight. Work on traps

stop squatting, for now work on your traps 3-5 days a week, do dumbell shrugs OP, thats how my traps go big enough to the point the bar doesn't hurt much, it took me about 4 months of constant shrugs to make my traps thick enough so squats wouldnt hurt
Do low bar.
Full skellington here. High bar bruised the fuck out of my shoulders. Switched to low bar and no problems.
I get tightness in my lower back sometimes when I squat now, and more often when I deadlift right after squat. It tightens up for maybe 20 minutes
