Lifted for 1 year, made gainz. Now I just do cardio to stay lean and y'know actually be /fit/.
Yeah, I dont lift as much as I used to... I have literally zero drive or passion for it. Not interested in being a carbon copy zyzz. Mostly do lots of cardio now, boxing, body weight exercises, etc. And I feel great! That being said, I have nothing against people who love lifting.

I never stopped lifting, I just stopped adding weight. Now I just do a shit ton of sets for the cardiovascular and muscular endurance, I don't really want to be any stronger desu

I improved my aesthetics which was my goal, I actually like cardio though, lifting it was a love hate thing and I can't pretend I lifted for anything other than looks so I don't bother anymore.

Why do these casual fags always seem to think lifting and cardio are strictly separate? At my strongest, about the 2 year mark, I hit 1/2/3/4. I spent my first year permacutting so it took me longer than the 4 months it normally takes. Seriously though, after 2 years I began to do cardio 3-4 times a week in addition to lifting 4-5 days. My lifts dropped but I'm lean year round. Normies think you're in amazing shape and strong as fuck. Girls like the lean body. Lean means best jaw/face gains. Sure, being huge is cool and some people like that look, but a lean athletic body is god-tier for someone in their 20s. I'll slowly transition to dad mode when I get 30+

Is Arnold a casual faggot? No. He isnt. He is a professional body builder, not one of the casual fags who think cardio and lifting are strictly separate. I was not referring to people who actually know how to body build. Learn some reading comprehension before you ever fucking reply to me again you illiterate faggot.
I mainly lift to maintain enough muscles to keep my bones where they are supposed to be. Your bones support your muscles and your muscles support your bones. Aesthetics is the main goal, that's why I mainly do cardio and body weight exercises.
Now I'm an endomorph who has a hard time keeping the chub off, I've never been thin but with the cardio and minor lifting I'm pretty bulky. I guess the whole "cardio kills your gains" is for skinny faggots who actually need to gain mass, but I don't have that problem.
