Would you like my recipe desu
Don't get jerky ffs.
Just get ain't pepperoni stick. I got a 2ft long one about $8 and 9000kcal, been gnawing on it since yesterday. Anytime between meals there is a millimeter of space in your stomach, take it out of your work bag and gnaw off a bit at your desk. Easy cheap bulking.

For 1.8USD i get 3000 tasty tasty calories. I could get it for even less if i wasnt buying processed (eg. roasted+salted) version.
Peanut butter. Yogurt (adjust fat levels as required.). Kefir. Kimchi (probiotic, fiber-rich.).
