Pain is usually an indicator you lifted too much.
No. But it's easier to ignore. :-)

I'll get deep with you here, idk maybe not.
Some days I feel like laying down in my bed crying over the decisions I made in my past. I cry over people not liking me, I cry over not having a gf anymore.
Other days I'm the shit, you know? Good day at work, hit the gym and life is good. Then I come home and sit in front of the computer to realize I'm not anything.
The pain really never fades, we just get better at ignoring it. We use the anger to grow, to get better mentality on what we are becoming and who we want to be.
Lifting is not a big part of life, now fuck off and go do shit. You are making a fucking fence, remember to brake it.
It's working for me
Kept me from killing myself as a teenager.
Keeps me sane as an adult.

i felt this way when neared 29. i'd done nothing with my twenties, a year left. i'm in college now, but i still don't have the money to do much of anything at all.
OP, fuck off. keep lifting, pain or no pain. keep living, pain or no pain.

Yes, actually.
Exercising literally makes you feel less emotional pain.
