I took a 4 year hiatus. I felt guilty browsing here when I didn't even lift.

I've been lifting for about 3 years now, and been on 4chan for probably 5 but never came on this board until like a month ago or so. I primarily browse fit now though

a lot of the shitposting was still there, but it just had a more "friendlier" atmosphere that made for a lot of comfy threads

It was the year 4chan peaked, when /fit/ reached meme critical mass. I remember laughing my ass off at all the humor threads. 2011 /fit/ inspired me to lift. It convinced me getting fit could be fun.
