What shoes do you run in, /fit/?

Nike flyknit racers. I like them because they're really light and neutral. Wouldn't recommend them for longer distance training tho, I only run about 20 miles a week with interval training in between. When I ran long distance, I liked lunarglides and flyknit lunars.

Go to your local runningshoe shop, they will help you out and answer all your questions better than we can.

I just started running and my parents had a spare pair of new balnce shoes laying around.

They seem fine, they fit well.

Last week I ran my first 10k, pretty excited about that.

I like New Balance shoes for running. If you don't know what your looking for I would go to a store and ask the person. They generally know their products and can get the right shoe for you.
