Basically like 6 months over eating and
A.
3x5 hip thrust
4x6-10 cable leg kickback or favorite glute isolation
B.
1x5, 1x8-10 deadlift
4x6-10 cable leg kickbacks or fav.
2xf bodyweight single leg hip thrust
C.
2x5, 2x8-10 lowbar squat
4x6-10 glute isolation
Try to add 5lb to the lift each time. (Before anyone jumps on me, girls have low t and grow muscle slower, thus progress slower)
For double progression lifts (indicated by a rep range, i.e 4-6) you can either start with your 4rm then add reps, or add weight and stay at 4 reps or whatever.
The goal is to maximize how much you can lift, then lift slightly more each time.
When you stall, eat more and sleep more.
If that doesnt work, drop the weight by 10-20% then start progressing from there, adding ONLY 5lb per training session
