Finally deadlifted my fork
I guarantee you can go heavier. I was super skelly when I started lifting. Never went past 1pl8 diddlies because it was hard and I was afraid of hitting my back. Then a gymbro encouraged me to find my 1 rep max, ended up doing 2pl8 for reps
If everything go right ( and i'm 100% sure they will ) I should It Lmaoo oo 2Pl8 in exactly 4 week
