Whey mixes better with water. Its common knowledge whey protien is supposed to be mixed with water. I put whey protien in my shakes also:
1 cup oats
2 cups coffee
2 scoop protien (1 whey, 1 casein)
1 cup milk
2 TBSP CBD oil
1 TBSP MCT oil
Make sure the whey has BCAA's
1 scoop of machine carbs

Give it a shot, gives you unreal energy all day. I throw nuts and shit in there to if it fits muh macros. Usually throw in the nuts on cardio day. I do gym then work.
