hey /fit/, so last November I started dieting while lifting and it's really shown results. But one thing that's also happened is that i'm fucking exhausted 24/7. I could get a full night sleep and i'd be exhausted waking up. So my diet has cut out a fuck ton of sugar. I went from basically eating whatever the fuck I wanted to eating meat, vegetables, not enough fruit, I feel like my blood sugar is low 24/7. Should I just start eating a lot of fruit and drink fruit juice?

Maybe you're cutting too hard. I'm 6'1", 180 lbs, cutting at 1500 calories. I eat: Rice, chicken, variety of veggies, and occasionally salmon or beef. I run or do bodyweight close to every day. Never feel exhausted. Hardly any fruit in my diet.
