Do any of you guys not count calories? How are you doing? Did you lose/gain weight how you wanted? Pics? Tips?

I counted them for a year, lost 40kg. Now i eyeball them most of the time. Just weight everything you eat and log it in mfp, takes like 20 minutes of your day at most and it's 100% worthed

what do you do if someone else cooks or in a restaurant?

eyeball them most of the time but it really doesn't matter if it's once in a while, the most important thing when cutting/bulking is consistency. If you fuck up one day don't get demoralized and quit, shit happens but consistency is key, eventually in 365 days if you fuck up a little 30 or 40 times it's not a big deal (unless you go out of your way and eat like 20k calories then yes it's a big deal)
never have and never will
want to lose weight? Cardio and eat less than usual
Want to gain weight? Eat more than usual
I eat what I want unil I start looking fat, cut out one meal a day until I look less fat and repeat. Got me from 185 to 200. I counted for a few months but it just made me worry more.

I'm not counting calories, I just eat every 2 hours. If I start feeling like I have an empty stomach, I eat. I'm not that big, gaining weight at a good speed tho. I weighed 146 2 months ago, now I weigh 153. Trying to get to 160lbs by October.
~500 more calories needed for today REEEEEEEEEEEEE

This. When getting dinner I make a rough estimate about the amount of calories. If you just keep a nice average going it will balance itself out. You can't ruin weeks of progress in a single day.

just drink a liter of milk its not that hard
I track them mainly just to make sure I'm hitting my macros. Dropped 10 pounds easily when I started. It's a great way to teach yourself how to estimate nutrition when there isn't a nutrition label to read.
If you've never tracked, it's worth trying.
