my max squat is 325, and I've torn my meniscus and MCL playing college football, and had to get surgery on both, so my legs are lacking. I know girls mire most places I go, I've litterally been at a party just talking to my friends and girls just comes up and pulls me to the side a starts making out with me. You don't account for the rotational speed of the EARTH when calculating SPEED of an object. This is because the GROUND is your frame of reference. The speed of the ground underneath is IRRELEVANT

When you weigh portions, you don't account for the weight of the container. You tare or ZERO IT OUT

When lifting WEIGHT your frame of reference is the BAR. It is your ZERO. The WEIGHT you are actually LIFTING is relative to the BAR. Therefore the WEIGHT of the BAR is irrelevant

What kind of shit gym are you in where 1pl8=20kg and the bar=20kg?

The true official bars and 1pl8 are 25kg each as it allows easier and quicker progression of competition weights without the need for stupid tiny bumper plates. Its why all record lifts are in whole numbers and not xxx.5.

Thats why if you are a normal weight, 1pl8 ohp is actually actually noteworthy because at 70kg total you should be lifting near close to your bw and your theoretical 1rm are bw+ a good few kilos which is more than about 80% of the general populatioj.

That depends on what you want to become good at.
If you want to lift heavy 1RM, then you should practice a lot of 1RM. Which is what powerlifters do.

But if you want to lift 8RM or 15RM, then practice that. Your strength will adjust to whatever training you do. Someone who can lift a higher 1RM than me, might not be able to push out as heavy 15RM for instance.
