I use my apartments gym which is not really a full gym. Just has some machines and weights. Need your advice on my routine.
3x10 lat pulldown
3×10 chest press
3x10 rows
3×10 bicep curl
2x10 dumbbell flies
2x10 tricep pulldown
3x15 pushups
Is this adequate enough? I would like to increase my strength/muscle and get more definition in pecs. Atm I am pretty skinnyfat and have shitty looking pecs.

You will not really build strength with 3x10 beyond a certain point. Doing low rep ranges and compound movement with a barbell or dumbells is way more effectiv.
If there is no way you can do those moves your routine is better then doing nothing.
