My least favorite are squats. My favorite is deadlifts. Squats are painful and bring no gratification after doing it. Deadlifts are not very painful and give off a sense of accomplishment after.

Ab Isolations are a huge meme. Compound lifts target the abs, and cutting is a good way to reveal abs. I agree with you

I only do them 1x5 but I still dread them, they just take too much fucking energy and I get mental blocks doing them all the time.
