Personally though I can't perform as well in the morning as I do in the evening. Not a massive difference but it is noticeable.
Helps regulate circadian rhythm/metabolism. You'll go to bed earlier and feel more well rested. Gives you more time during the day to do shit as well.
I like working out late at night because there's nobody at the gym and I can scream between sets without looking like a crazy person
All the stuff already mentioned, plus if it's super hot outside then early morning is a good time to go for a run or bike ride.
