Medfag here. Testicular cancer is not painful in 99% of cases. If it were cancer, which i'm assuming is your main concern, testicular cancer is 98% treatable.

Based on your vague description, sounds like you have an inguinal hernia. Get that shit checked out.

Definitely a hernia, my best friend, father and brother all had them. The surgery made my dad and friend lose getting in their inner left thigh but other than that it's perfectly fixable.
