I prefer to do OHP and Deadlift one day and then Squat and Bench Press the next. Retarded? Once the weight started getting heavy I couldn't get deadlifts up after squatting.

Personally I would do Back/Bicep/Legs, since your biceps don't really tire the shit outta you but legs do. Also I do bulgarian split squats and every time I do them I can't walk for the next 5 minutes to say the least. But if you are just a pussy who does regular squats then go for it.
