I don't regret my HS experience, it's kinda sad my older brother had to develop diabetes to scare me out of my own fatness but I saw that I was going in the same direction

5'11 170 and like 16-17% bodyfat? I definitely wasn't shredded but I had some definition. Did pullups, push ups, and arm work grade 9-10 and played rugby. Didn't make much gains cuz of half ass diet. Started lifting properly in grade 12 and eating better.

At one point I took a weightlifting class. My 1RM bench at the end of the year is what I now use as a quick warmup weight.
