4 eggs
180gr oats

Bulk version
3 bananas
8 eggs
350gr oats
nuts 140gr
raisins 35gr
peanutbutter Xgr

180 degrees, 45 min in the oven. Cut in 7, eat 1 today, 3 in the refrigerator, 3 in the freezer. Unfreeze the night before in the refrigerator

Peanut butter, protein powder, cinnamon, almond milk.

Sometimes banana.
