Hello /fit/, /pol/ regular here requesting some guidance.
I'm a bit over overweight and have decided to start cutting. I'm a fairly activ person (lots of land walks, I run often and go mountin hiking when I can) and I believe I concumed ca 2800 cal a day earlier.
My stats:
>195 cm
>99 kg
>most fat around stomach and back (love handels)
>goal 87
I plan on cutting my intake of cals to 1500 a day.
Any tips on what to do, what to eat ect?
Anything helps :^)

/pol/ poster is overweight?
No surprises.
It's better to reduce your caloric intake by 500/day for 100 days than 1000/day for 50 days. From personal experience only. It's very easy to backslide, your used to being fatter, and your going to eventually want to eat more again. That's really the hardest part of changing your long term diet, is keeping it changed. Less cut for longer helps you do that.
