Squat/deadlift (alternating between them with each workout)
Bench press/ incline bench press
Rows/ pulley pull downs
Ohp/lateral raises
Curls
Skull crushers
Abs/back extentions

My leg routine is as follows:
>Either front or back squat 5x5
>Good mornings 5x10
>Calf raises 5x10
>Overhead Squat 5x10
>Superset Leg Curls & Stiff leg deadlift (with Dumbbells) 5x10
>Superset Leg extension & Lunges 5x10
>Finish off with ab roller and leg raises 4x10

That's my usual routine but I swap in romanian deadlifts or leg press for a corresponding muscle group just so it doesn't stay the same pattern.
