Worked out pretty well for Owlsley Stanley and Vilhjalmur Stefansson. But you're probably gonna want more carbs than an all-meat diet can provide, if you're a lifter or an athlete. And be sure to eat organ meats for dem dere micronutrients. Can't be all steaks all the time.
