All depends on your skin type brother and type of ache (blackheads, bacterial, cystic).
I tried all kinds of products including topical retinodis with little effect. It turned out I had naturally try skin and the flaky dry skin was clogging my pores and causing cystic acne.
Then I started using argan oil for moisture twice a day and my skin got 95% better in a week.
