not OP, but I have a rather high caffeine tolerance, like 400-1000mg per workout. I eat & then go to sleep like a baby afterwards.

added DMAA for the first time tonight. 300mg caffeine + 30mg DMAA. I could probably push that to 500 + 45, but we'll see how I react to it.

If you don't know your own tolerance to a stimulant, don't just say internet. Some people have wildly low tolerances for different drugs, and having a panic attack during usage never helps. Hell, I've done probably 2000mg caffeine, but based on tonight I can't see myself doing the 65 mg DMAA I've heard of in some packaged PWO

You build tolerance pretty rapidly. I typically dose 50 mg dmaa with 200 mg caffeine.
