Okay /fit/, I've been thinking: I have a tiny home gym with a bench and a few dumbbells. I'd really like to practice deadlifts and squats but currently lack the funds to get a rack, bar and plates. However, where I lack in funds, I do have an abundance of overweight family members.
>Is there a way to perform a deadlift by lifting a person?
>Wouldn't squats with an obese person riding piggy back be just as good as weights?
Doesnt your town have real gym?

>get some bricks
>put them in some sturdy bags
>attach the bags to the bar
there, done.
piggyback squats are an awful idea, you really don't want a fattie falling on your head if you fail that rep

get over it and learn to live in society like a normal fucking human being
You can literally stay in your house the rest of the time, but if you can afford a real gym you should use it.
>Can I just lift my fat family members instead of going to a gym?
This is the best thread I've seen on /fit/ in years

Christ, i hope that you're memeing friendo
I have a situation. I have been squatting only that which I can safely lift over my head and onto my shoulders. My squats have been 5 x 10 at 70lbs for a little while now. I'm doing this as my OHP progresses. Soon I will comfortably squat 5x10 at 90lbs.

Oh sorry you don't have a bar or plates. Maybe just do the fat practice thing. Have them climb up on a stool for squat-loading and use their belt and collar as grips for DL. Good luck.
