Russian 6'0 18 y.o. Training only with my own weight, used to train with dumbbells before i sold them lol, had some mass, now I'm just dry af, also made some custom exercises. Would really like to share experience and listen to your opinion. OP pick w/o any shades/filters

Well it's:
20, 15, 20 supinated pull ups
3x15 parallel grip pull ups
3x18 wide grip pull ups
30 push ups
30 pickrelated pus ups
1 minute of concentrated abs banging
3x10 standing on two arms push ups which are also good for shoulders
3x30 one leg squats
5 km walking with two 5kg bags
Still training some karate, not actually competing anymore
I think it's not counted as 10 pack :(

Actually I prefer light beer. I sold them to buy new clothing as I'm pretty poor. That's also the first reason I'm doing home training.
