None as tuna contains far too much mercury.

Try sardines

>practically no mercury
>same/similar amount of protein
>over 100% your daily value of vitamin D in a can
>lots of vitamin b12
>rich in omega 3 DHA

i eat 3/4 cans of tuna a week
am i going to die?

>>38010247
Just replace the tuna with sardines. They crush up very similarly to tuna.

I'll be honest tuna tastes better, but it's just not safe to eat on a regular basis because of the high mercury content.

Mercury in tuna is insignificant.
>>
>>38010504
Untrue. A can a day is fine. Two cans a day is treading. Three cans a day will impact your behavior and mental health.

>>38010271
100% of cats that eat tuna die.

coincidence?

1. Can too much excercise be counterproductive in muscle growth ? I don't mean doing everyday the same muscle group but do 6 chest excercises instead of 4 for example.
2. What percentage of weight I put on goes to muscle and what goes on fat? Does it have to do with protein intake or simply calories?
3. Is some 0% sugar ice cream a bad pre-gym meal?

Can confirm these taste good. Try adding some fresh basil for seasonings. Maybe use less than 1 whole onion however.

>Not eating canned sardines instead

Sardines have more fat, a bit less protons (still a complete shit ton of it), a hell lot of vitamin d (daily recommendation in a single can) for the skin gains, even has good amount of calcium if you eat the spine.
