What was your bench routine these last 3 months? Right now I can only bench 95 consistently (don't have spotting partner, so I don't know my max), and I'm trying to bench 3x a week even though my chest is slightly sore. My squats are pretty okay tho, altho tbf, I worked that a lot.

There are some strong ones out there desu.

* If theres anything ive learned over these past few months is that recovery is huge. Sleeping, eating, its everything. Without a doubt each of us lift our hearts out, so the effort isnt the issue. Its possible eating every 2-3 hours, and sleeping 8+ is the real challenge.
