What's the ideal weight for a 6 foot male?
Depends on your bone structure
>>38008294
160-210 lbs
I'm 6'0 skinny af,currently 165lbs so basically a skeleton with skin stretched over it
My ideal weight is around 175-185 I think
>>38008294
>ideal weight
Thats made up. There is always room for more lean mass, even at natty limits a bit of roids might make you look and lift better. Thats like asking whats the ideal bench and deadlift.

What's the ideal color for a car?
Whatever you want dummy.
>>38008368
Lol, nah. Right around amateur bodybuilder mode you start looking worse if you put on more muscle. If you want to be the biggest fucking gorilla you can be then go for it, but if you want to be attractive there is definitely a ceiling.
OP here so I'm currently 230 pounds I want lose weight and I think 175 pounds would be ideal but some people have told me that I would look like a skeleton if I lost that much I'm not really sure anymore what do you guys think?
>>38008453
No way you'll look like a skeleton at 175. when i got that low i was still a chub.
175 might be ideal for you if you've got a year of dedicated lifting or 3 years of lazy lifting. Just keep cutting and training and you should get a better idea of where you want to be.
pic is me at 170 pounds
Remember nutrition is key :3

Is there a male version of this chart?
>>38010045
Someone make one and have it start at 6 foot 2.
>>38010058
Don't you mean 6'3 you 6'2 manlet
>>38010045
That chart is way off m8.
124 max weight at 5'7 is barely above underweight status.
>>38008294
>6 foot male?
Dude that's fucking weird
Like, 3 feet per leg? What do you even look like? Are you from Chernobyl?
Post pics pls

>My ideal weight is around 175-185 I think

>what is inducing body image issues in women
>>38008294
healthy range is 67-84 kilograms,so your best bet would be about 78kg ~12% bf
>>38011875
I'm 86 at 6foot and I'm skelly
>>38008294
Body fat percentage and lean body weight is far more important than a number on the scale. 170lbs@10% should be enough to look good on the beach but still look like a normal person in clothing, if that' what you mean with ideal.
>>38011911
post body,if you can't clearly see abs and serratus anterior you're not thin, let alone skelly.you probably even have a gut.
