6'2, currently 200lbs, around 22%.
Currently cutting at 1600 (rest days) and getting atleast 130g protein daily, and 1800 calories on workout days (4 days a week)

I've done this for like a week so far, feeling pretty good desu, but im constantly sweating, no idea whether it's the weather or the diet desu.
What do you guys think of such a low caloric intake?

You should be getting at least 150g protein at that weight to maintain any muscle mass you have.
0.76g/lb is a minimum when cutting.

I am 6ft and been cutting on same calories. Ive noticed the same, i sweat like a motherfucker. No idea why and google is pretty useless on this subject

I'm not a doctor but I'd assume your body is just reacting to a stressful situation. You aren't eating nearly enough at your size to lose weight at a healthy pace and workout so your body is panicking. Your sleep sucks too doesn't it?

Are you guys eating alot of spicy food? Because I have noticed that when I do that, in combination with cutting (2000 kcal), I sweat much more. Add the coffee and it's like I'm bathing in it.

On a related note: I've just started a 30 hour fastening on 600kcal and I wonder how I'm supposed to get my daily protein whitin those limits. Whey-80 only gives 28/cup with 146 kcal.

24 years old male, 137 kg/302 lbs, 195 cm/6'4, no idea of bf% but I guess it's pretty high. I was told that a fastening every now and then could help cutting.

good way to fuck your self up i was 115kg at 5ft11 so simlar to you i cut on 700-800 kcal for months got down to 80kg

its not worth it cut slow on 1500 min keep you protein above 170g you will be able to workout more and recover quicker and you wont loose muscle

im cutting on 1500 a day and on saturdays i go all out and eat like 6000kc and have been loosing 1lb per week for the last 7 weeks im at 77kg now
