So, when I was a kid I broke the fuck out of my ankle. I had to get 8 screws, 2 pins and 1 plate. How do you guys think this will impact my ability to lift heavy weights? I'm thinking that it will fuck up my squats/deads, but I have no idea.

It's pretty much the same as the other one just not as good obviously, and whenever I start to run/jog it hurts after a bit. I think that's because of the nerve damage though.

I destroyed my ankle in track so I can relate a little there will be pain and it will affect your lifts so you won't get the full ROM always but don't get mad about it just figure out how to work out around it.

Yeah that happens to me as well. I can pop it every 5 minutes too lol. I guess mine healed up well because I was so young when I broke it.

Just be careful on it. Always keep in mind you have to take the gimped ankle through your entire life all the way until your deathbed.
