i never had any hate for leg training until i started doing one legged squats. my left leg is way weaker and less flexible than tthe right leg for some reason, and it fucking sucks

that said, there's no reason why lifting your bodyweight on one leg should be more or less stupid than putting heavy things on your shoulders.
