Lie to your waiter and tell him you work there. Tell him to ring in x number (however many you want) of "extra grilled chicken breast". They are $1.75 each, and then whatever sauces you'd like for dipping. Those are free. Alternatively, get a grilled chx sandwich (no bun) or Naked Tenders. Everything else will give you a heart attack
