Hit a nice 330 single for my heaviest bench of the cycle. Not AS fast as I had hoped, but 5lbs under previous PR for a single at about 8RPE is pretty solid imo. 360 seems very doable after recovery week next week.

Got commands from my buddy and I think they were pretty realistic.

No calculator I've checked so far can accurately predict the caloric requirement of a competitive powerlifter running something like Sheiko.
