Worth for me, both my upper and lower jaw were too small for my teeth so i had them fucked up realy badly. Now my teeth are great, straight and at good places. It sucks like this dude said, just after visit for two-three days. Also you will have to learn to eat more carefully, although i drank cola, ate chips and chew gum even tho my dentist said not to. Broke two of those thingies, but one was too tight, the other while brushing my teeth drunkingly. Id say its worth 100%. Not anxious to smile anymore.

Long run, fuck yeah they're worth it. Short term, they suck because they're fucking expensive and make you look bad (especially if you aren't in high school where 50% of people have them).

Hang tough, my man, and make sure you keep good hygiene and brush and everything or the contrast between your teeth and where the braces used to be will be horrendous.
