Thougts/tips on Greyskull LP? Thinking about starting it.
Also, I can't do 3x5 sets of chinups, I've read someone suggesting v-handle lat pulldowns as an alternative for it, is that a good idea?

its nobrainer type of training imo, its main goal is more of making the habit of training and general fitness than get some specific result like bigger total in powerlifts or oly lifts...
If you want to do this basic vanilla template, go rather for starting strength or stronglifts.
GLP works great with challenge conditiong, also frequency method for chinups and pushups put a lot more upper body volume in training than SS and SL have.

Shaffer wrote some basic drills in, calling them challenges - like burpee layer challenge: absolute goal is doing 100 burpees in 5 minutes, but thats insane for begginer, so you start with 5 minute frame and do what you can to keep the pace (ofc starting with smaller steps like 3x10, 3x15, 4x10x, 4x15 ets.). Similar pushup challenge has goal of total 100 pushups in 2 minutes.
