You don't. Your wrists are just bones and tendons. At max you will get a quarter of an inch extra by the thickening of the tendons from training over your lifetime. If you have small wrists now, you always will.

It's not all bad though, smaller/normal sized wrists can make the actual forearm muscles look bigger.
