last time I bothered to look up actual studies about it it seemed that it raises test levels a bit, peaking on average after 8 days of no orgasm, and then it gradually lowers them after that and can even lead to erectile dysfunction and such if taken to an extreme. There's also the phenomena where the body sometimes takes care of itself and you might have a wet dream, basically the same as fapping.

My conclusion, it probably is the way to go if you're someone who actually gets laid once in a while. If you're nogf then it's probably fine to fap once in a while. Just do what feels natural.
