I've got an occurring abdominal injury that prevents me form doing squats or reads over one plate. I don't have the money for the surgery (God bless the USA) to fix it. What's a Good leg routine omitting those exercises that I could use to keep myself safe from 'lol u must skip leg day bro dyel lmao'?

Hamstring Curls (circuit machine): 3x10-12
Calf Raises (circuit machine): 5x10-12

Do pistol squats, jumping lunges and such exercises. You can also jog and sprint.
This alone will get you good legs.
You can also do shit like leg press and leg extensions but im not a big fan of machines.

Single leg press, single hack squat, bulgarian split squat, front squats with a db or kettlebell or 2 matching, walking lunges, jumping lunges, step ups, etc.
I do legs twice a week, but only squat once a week. Use to squat and dead twice a week but that shit was fucking my lower back up. Here is an example of my non squat leg day.
Hack Squats 4x
Bulgarian Split Squats 4x
Walking Lunges with dbs 4x
Leg Press/Front Squats with a db or 2 db's cleaned 4x
Superset leg extensions with calves to satisfation
Throw in some hyperextensions for more hams, glutes, and calves if youre feelin frisky
