Pretty solid, iktf as 6'7, but im not as good as you.
I guess tall guys have a very long road ahead
Been struggling to get back into the groove of weightlifting and healthy eating since my back injury a couple years ago, and I'm pretty limited on back exercises. But hey I'm working my way back and have been doing well lately.

Kid cudi how did u get those rear delts?
200lbs at 6'5? I am 225 at 6'5 and I don't feel that big. Maybe the Dysmporhia is in full effect.
>>37984688
I'm around 17%, how tall are you? My friends who compete are way heavier than I am and slightly taller. 6'4'' guy I know is shredded at 215 lbs, and he's fucking large. 6'2'' 190 is nothing bud
>>37984705
Lots of rear delt raises. Im talking like 12-20 reps for 7 sets and then reverse butterflys right after 12-20 reps for 5-7 sets.

I don't know what your back looks like, but for getting your back right (lets not focus on thinking about getting it huge and wide just think more of getting the details to show) I did my usual back work out of deadlifts and shit, but at the end of each workout do 100 pulls don't care how much your hands will bleed just do them
After that I did close grip pull downs more and rows. I then saw a huge improvement in my back. During this time I stopped deadlifting for pass 3-4 months. Did like 20 reps of 135 for like 3 sets and like 2 sets of 225 for 5 and 1 set of 185. I left out a lot of other stuff, but back is important it will always grow through out your lifting experience
