I throw away the salt & fat packages and only eat the noodles. I also add some eggs sometimes.
Hmm, not a bad idea actually. I'm trying to plan meals for an upcoming bulk, I've already got more than enough protein and pretty high fat, but I'm still several hundred calories short and it pretty much all needs to be carbs. Any other suggestions?
