Who here drinks alcohol everyday? Is it ruining your gains?
I drink at least 6 beers a day and my lifts are going up. been doing this for a couple of months

I really enjoy craft beer but I limit myself to a few times a month.
I drink 12 beers every day while smoking 72 cigarettes and talking to my boy Mike Patton about what I think of Buff Dudes, while wearing basketball shorts

I drink between 1-10 ounces of whiskey a night. I've actually recently cut down to 3-4 nights a week.
I'm sure it has some effects on my gains, but I have no problem counting in the calories of my whiskey intake. Hell, on a cut sometimes the whiskey is the majority of my caloric intake in a day!
Now SMOKING, that was ruining my gains.

Can't see a difference in my gains if I drink 1-2 beer a week or 7-8 beers a week if I am strict with my diet and routine.
Also trying to drink unfiltered beers with lots of hops (group B vitamins, hops are good for your brain, prevents Parkinson' in some studies)
