What's the consensus on it ? is it important ? do you find it beneficial getting more?
Can't tell if you're being serious, OP.
It's one of the big three, of course it's important
Exercise, diet and sleep
overrated
a meme
basically, it's how you spot a DYEL
9 hours of sleep master race reporting in.
JUST DO IT. sleep is very important it lowers cortisol.
I tried doing 6 hours a night to get more done and it sucked
Back at 8 and it's much better

you build muscle when sleeping, not in the gym
Am I the only one who's sleeping to much. Now I do 9 hours a day cause of work but before I had a job I did 12-13 hours a day. Shit sucked! Couldn't get enough shit done, had a hard time eating enough during my hours awake, late for everything, sleeping schedule was all fucked up and I felt very slow and tired all the time. Now I only sleep like that on the weekends unless I put an alarm and have a reason to get up when the alarm goes off
5 to 6 hours usually. Up at 430 though. Sleeping too much make me more tired during the day.

Do you even lift
>>37975445
lifting = tearing down muscles
eating = loading up on nutrition
sleeping = rebuilding muscles stronger and bigger

>wasting your life sleeping
8 hours is where it's at
