shit where do I even start
TL;DR knee problems - surgeries, haven't worked out in 3 years, recently stopped using marry jane as a painkiller
>4 years ago 193cm tall, 76kg - athletic, basketball, swimming, tennis on court
> hit by a car, right knee fucked up bad
>surgery and 4 months with crutches
>pain is so bad i can't deal with it - develop marijuana dependancy as a painkiller
>knee ties ocasionally loosen(lenghten) and knee joint opens up a bit - I have this problem to this day
>accepted in engineering uni
>first year try to cope with rehabilitation and studying, kinda deal with it
>second year comes around, uni gets harder
>at this point I have to stay in uni all day and do homework, working out less and less with each week passed
>get a gf and move in togheter
>few weeks later trip and fuck up my knee again - joint chamber fills up with blood and has to be drained with syringe
>MRI - doctors say I don't need a second surgery just drain blood with syringe weekly
>2 months with crutches and blood draining weekly
>various doctors tell me I shouldn't do squats or jump
>leg lost some degrees in rotation around knee joint, can't do a full squat to the groun now
>leg develops muscle atrophy for second time ( first time was after the surgery) pics included in thread
>at this point I can't even go to sleep from the awful pain
>rehabilitation doesn't help
>only smoking weed helps me go trough the day and fall asleep at night, develop addiction
>no time left for working out anymore, gotta study all day and night, fuck engineering
>smoke weed on a daily basis
>year 3 and 4 of university pass and nothing changes
>over the years all my excercise was playing some tennis and going swimming 3-4 times a month ( not enough damn it )
>lost a lot of muscle weight
pic related - leg after trip and second time with crutches
continued
>today 193cm tall, 68kg
>look back on all this shit, decide it's time
>fuck weed it's for the weak, gonna fight through the pain
>go to swimming pool everyday since 1 week, also started doing body weight excersise - pull ups, push ups
>start eating more, this is my daily diet
>breakfast: 3 boiled eggs, 2 sandwitches with ham and vegetables
>swimming 1,5km-2km crawl and breastsroke 50:50 (really good at swimming trained for 8years when i was younger)
>lunch: subway sandwich and chicken breast steak
>dinner: 2steaks and vegetables,cheese pic related
I'm from Bulgaria and my diet includes a lot of diary products (yoghurt, cheese, milk)
I plan to start visiting the gym after 1-2weeks, I'm still strenght training with body weight - pull ups, push ups and not full squat with no weights
I'm wearing a kneecap orthopedic brace with metal joints, because my knee joint opens up a bit if I don't step right, doctors said I need to build up muscle and I won't have a problem with that
How fucked am I? Can anyone help a handicapped fucker out?
>pic related 4 years ago at 76kg

Just use steroids, don't even need to workout. Your legs will be back in a few days just from walking around.

Honest question, what's up with your shoulder? The one without the tattoo - it seems to have always been smaller than your other shoulder.
>>37970439
not really a diffrence in the shoulders
i was 190cm when i was 14 so i developed a little curve in my upper spine and my shoulder stays 1-2cm lower if I don't excercisese often to stay up straight
+ one of the back pics is mirrored

I'm sorry for what happened to you, but muscle memory is one hell of a thing, You should easily be back to where you were if you maintain a decent bulking diet.
And for legs, maybe some light biking could be helpful?

bulking as in?

Eating enough calories to slowly gain weight (around 1-2kg a month)
