Figure out what's your 'sticking point' in the bench. Do you struggle near lock out? Do you struggle at the bottom? Do some accessories to focus on those areas.

i started off that way where i was benching 115 and squatting 315. i just took a month of focusing on my chest and fixing my form. the real problem is that i wasn't focusing on squeezing my chest throughout the entire lift, but rather was just trying to get the bar up, which was using most muscles ASIDE from my chest. in over a month, i went from 115 to 225.

I didn't give a fuck about curls, and later on I realized I was setting myself for elbow tendonitis by pressing and benching heavy 3 times a week but only doing pull ups once a week and not doing curls

Do pin press, set the pins so that the weight is at a height where your elbows are slightly less than 90 degrees when you put your hands on the bar, and then do a heavy enough weight where you can do 3x8 and struggle a lot near the 8th rep.
