How can someone make facial gains?

If you're fat, lose weight. If you have a turkey neck/double chin you may be able to do some stretches to reduce it. Plastic surgery is probably the most effective and obvious route though.

Manly jaw, visible cheekbones, and a proportioned head basically. Personally when I lost a ton of weight at 19 I turned into an effeminate femboy (facewise) which was depressing as fuck. I looked 10x better with some more fat on my face. Hoping it turns out better this time.

If you're not conventionally attractive then I've realized it's better to just aim for looking as masculine as possible with beard etc
