Lads my slingshot knee sleeves fell apart, but they are still covered under warranty.

The vendor and I have been emailing slingshot since apparently the sleeves are being discontinued. There is a new version with new stitching coming out next month. Slingshot tells me there is no guarantee that they will be ipf approved.

Vendor says they will send me new slingshots, refund my money, or send me the rehband 7051s in exchange. I would be crazy not to take the rehbands right?

But the correct answer is "until you can't progress anymore". Some people can't progress even at low intermediate numbers, while others can keep progressing until advanced numbers.

Keep in mind that if you're getting stuck, you're probably:
1- not resting enough between sets
2- not eating enough
3- not sleeping enough
4- trying to add too much weight

If you're doing all that, add more volume. Once none of that works, switch to a slower program.

Nah just plain disagree, no reason for intermediates not to put in improving technique. Not as excessive as WLers do it, but more than TM allows. Anecdotally I switched from TM to Hepburn for my bench and DL when I was early intermediate and noticed pretty fast that I needed that practice.

Unless there is a glaring issue, then the lifter should spend time trying to not be intermediate anymore before they think about "mastering" their technique (which will be constantly changing with improvement, weight change, etc.)

I'm doing the Nuckols novice bench program, think I'm reaching the end of my progression. Got about 9 weeks of gains from it. I'm thinking of a slight modification to it to try and milk more gains as I really like the setup. The way it works as written is

Day 1. 2x8 + 1xAMRAP - need >8 reps to progress
Day 2 2x6 + 1xAMRAP - need >6 reps to progress
Day 3 2x4 + 1xAMRAP - need >4 reps to progress

Would instead doing

I'm doing Cowboy Method for my squat atm, it's similar to TM. The pros I find are

-Make weekly PRs. #buildmomentum
-Gets the trainee accustomed to maxing out, which is a skill newer lifters need to develop. The ID squats produce a stimulus of their own that help progress.
-Squat form is improved by a lot of sub-maximal work (this might not apply to regular TM), albeit it's all done on one day. For example my Volume Day last week was 10x5 - so 50 repetitions of squat in one session. Quite a lot of time to ingrain good form, tweak little things, experiment with new cues etc etc.

Take is slow, if you can't hit depth straight away then bring your stance out partially every session. It works like grip width, you can't do an isely trip from day one, you do a little bit over time.

How much cardio is gonna bury me if I do a moderate volume routine? Approximately. Also, cause it probably matters, Im late novice/early intermediate
