I've fucked myself up really badly. Went out for an hour to play divegrass (just dribbling, taking free kicks and the like) and now my calves are strained (got tightness in them walking over to the pitch which is a fucking paddock btw about half a km away), my Achilles' tendons feel tight and my ankles are sore.

Despite all this as well as all my free kicks being fucking shit, I stayed out there for about an hour and a half and burned 4,745 kilojoules.

I'm in a similar spot. Cutting from 3400 TDEE to 2000C diet. went for completely junk and soda to complete clean diet. No hunger whatsoever. Have to schedule meals or I wont eat more than 800 or so calories a day. Would be ok if I didn't want to keep protein up for lifting.

My grandma is kinda like that. She is bordeline diabeetus, basically she could develop it at any point if she starts eating like crap. She's super into cooking too. Luckily it's all classic spanish dishes which are rather healthy but she did have to cut down on preparing classic sweets and fried recipes.
